Managing Director
For Alex, masonry isn’t just a job – it’s a lifelong craft. Originally trained as a bricklayer, he’s spent more than 20 years mastering every aspect of brick, block, and stonework, as well as heritage restoration. Over the years, Alex has built a reputation for precision, reliability, and an unwavering commitment to doing things right and to the highest quality.
When Alex founded CUBE, it was with a clear vision: to raise the standard of masonry services across Bristol. To this day, he stays hands-on, managing sites directly and guiding his team. For Alex, every project is personal, and every detail matters.
Adamo Missiato & Luke Sperring
Adamo and Luke bring a wealth of knowledge and a shared passion for building homes that last.
Together, they run Missiato Design and Build, an award-winning company specialising in premium residential developments. Their experience as builders and property developers gives them a unique perspective: they understand what clients expect, what contractors need, and how to bring the two together seamlessly.
